Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in plain text.

Files you upload. When you use the tools, we store the images and artwork you upload so the Service can process them and so you can access your history. We also use uploaded images and the results our tools produce from them to improve our services and to train and improve our own image-processing models (for example, upscaling, background removal, and vectorization). On the free plan, saved gang sheets and the images uploaded through the gang sheet builder are deleted automatically 7 days after you last edit them. Other files are kept while your account is active, and we may remove old files periodically to manage storage. Files that appear in your account history can be deleted by you at any time. Files our API produces on your behalf are stored so the result stays available to your integration, and are not listed in your account history; contact us if you want those removed.

Usage and activity data. We log actions you take in the Service (for example, which tools you use and when), along with your IP address, to operate the Service, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and improve our tools.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. We store a customer identifier and your current plan so we can manage your subscription.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may include device, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and process your artwork
• Manage your account, subscription, and usage limits
• Send you service-related and transactional emails, such as a welcome message, a receipt, a payment reminder, or a reply to your support request
• Respond to your questions and provide support
• Monitor for abuse and keep the Service secure
• Understand and improve how the Service is used
• Improve our services and train and improve our own image-processing models using uploaded images and their processed results

To provide the Service, we share limited data with trusted providers that act on our behalf. Your uploaded images may be sent to image-processing providers only to perform the specific task you request (for example, background removal or upscaling). Those providers do not use your images to train their models. We may use your uploads ourselves to improve our services and our own processing models, as described above.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We also use analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using the Service.

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. On the free plan, saved gang sheets and the images uploaded through the gang sheet builder are removed automatically 7 days after you last edit them, and we may periodically remove other old files from free or inactive accounts to manage storage. On paid plans we keep your files while the subscription is active, though we may still remove files that have become very old in order to manage storage. If your subscription ends, your files are not deleted at that moment, but the account returns to free-plan retention, so export anything you need to keep. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, for tax or legal purposes).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to address issues promptly.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate the Service from, and store data in, facilities that may be located in different countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in a country other than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
